1. What Lynx provides

Lynx is a tool for finding and analyzing YouTube niches, based on public data pulled from the YouTube Data API and data our own systems compile and calculate. Lynx is not affiliated with, operated by, or officially connected to YouTube or Google LLC.

2. User accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We're not liable for any damages arising from you exposing your password or sharing your account with someone else.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Lynx to bulk-collect data and resell or redistribute it as a competing service.
• Don't attempt unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Don't use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

4. Billing and refunds

Paid plans (where applicable) are billed on the cycle you selected at signup. Amounts paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data accuracy

All figures Lynx provides, including opportunity scores, spike signals, and revenue estimates, are for reference only, calculated from public data and our own estimation formulas. We don't guarantee absolute accuracy and aren't liable for business decisions you make based on these figures.

6. Intellectual property

Third-party channel and video data belongs to its respective owners (creators, YouTube/Google). The Lynx interface, source code, brand, and content we create belong to Lynx.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms above. You can request account deletion at any time via the Contact page.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
